Vision
A true leader sees things that could be and should be, then works to make them a reality. To have great vision, one must not be worried about looking foolish. The old concern,"what will the neighbors think?" will not help us at all. Leaders must be willing to sacrifice and take risks with their public image. We cannot be afraid to look foolish. We must keep to our plan that is laid out and will help us succeed. Walt Disney, Donald Trump, Bill Gates, Michael Dell, Thomas Edison, Benjamin Franklin all looked foolish at times. Now it is easy for everyone to see how great their vision was. That ability to see things before the masses of people do, is called vision, it is a necessary, and priceless asset on any journey to success.
