Take Action!
Leaders make things happen. Followers too many times are just sponges. That suck up everything that is around them. This is great when learning, but sooner or later, we have to do something. We need to always do more, grow more. We need to set the pace, not look around at the course or the people who introduced us. We will learn much faster by our own constant action than waiting for the "right" time. It will never be the perfect time, and the "right" time is now. Immediatly. This moment.
